About Us

Each September we enrol between 200 - 350 youth members, aged 6 to17 from Lasalle, Verdun and the surrounding boroughs, to play competitively/recreationally the sport of basketball. Our competitive members compete in the Montreal Basketball League while our recreational members play internally. Our structured program focuses on developing the youth as student-athletes and give them the necessary tools to become leaders in the future.

Coaches / Mentors

Our staff is comprised of verified volunteers, each with 5-10 years of coaching experience, who commit to 8-12 hours per week for practices, games and mentoring. They are always trying new and innovative methods to get across to our youth and reinforce positive habits.
